Edit this Banner is an interactive web installation dealing with laws of Internet advertising, public vs. private content and the question of controlling the environment defined by advertisers and using financial parameters. "editthisbanner" enables ad hoc intervention in otherwise strictly structured e-business space. Namely, it enables the final user to create its content. Banner content, therefore also the content of the web page containing the banner, becomes unpredictable and dependent on accidental advertisers. This is the New year's edition of editthisbanner.
