A video camera placed in Zagreb records the urban environment with people and sounds in it. This is simultaneously transmitted to the urban environment of Oslo, and conversely, the recorded urban environment of Oslo is transmitted to Zagreb. Thus Oslo and Zagreb are audio-visually presented on the same screen in both cities. The citizens of Oslo and Zagreb are then involved in a slow environmental dialogue.
