>AT THIS POINT THERE ARE NO REAL EVIDENCE TO SAY ANY OTHER PLAY THAN THE ONE YOU NOW ARE WATCHING EXISTS!<

The urban theatrical project EXPOSITION was created based on the esay by the Italian philosopher Giorgio Agambeno "Judgment Day" and inspired by the Franz Kafka text "The Legend of the Law". It uses internal and external spaces of the former Gorica factory, calling upon the basic themes of the texts, which create responsibility, choice of way, letting go to chance, courage, fear, opportunity, agreement, important, irrelevant, moment, attention, displacement of looks etc.

For the audience the show begins individually, chosing the trip according to available data. The spectator joins the performer and they discuss the performance. The artists take the visitors on a theatrical journey that lasts at least 15 minutes, and up to several hours.

EXPOSITION - lat. Expositio
1. introduction, approach, introductory part of a literary or musical work, expounding the motifs serving as the starting point to the subsequent subject treatment.
2. exhibition, displaying in a museum, etc. works of art selected according to a principle; see Expo;
3. photographic exposition: a period during widh the objective of the camera is exposed.
(Bratoljub Klaic: Rjecnik stranih rijeci)

The urban theater project EXPOSITION has a secret crush on the movie Amelie, recollects Shakespeare's King Lear, quotes Shadow Casters and Felix Rückert, carefully reads through MM Franz Kafka, Giorgio Agambeno and Danijel Dragojeviĉ, all the while thinking about the B.E.N.E. (S.A.D.E.?) project.However, it is but a mediation of a series of common moments and the mediations of freefall per cubic centimeter of sense (or city).

To expose, to be exposed to x-position, which is an ex-place, a place of memory, the one where light is a mere recollection.

A big square swarming with people in the fullness of the day and the luxury of light, the square we photgraph, expose to light, for a long time, too long, so that only the immobility of the guy shining shoes stays with us.

Special thanks to Damir Bartol Indos and Natasa Lusetic.

The project was realised thanks to the support of the Department for Culture of the City of Zagreb, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia, with a donation by ZagrebaCka banka and in co-production with [BLOK] and UrbanFestival.
