Workshop in Urban Vegetable Patch

Self made Moss Graffiti

Production of graffiti from moss is an organic and non-invasive methods of painting walls which, in a nutshell, consists of shaping the growth of moss into the desired forms. For the moss to really grow where we want it to and in the form that we set it, it is necessary to provide it with adequate conditions.

The Moss Graffiti workshop on 1st of July 2011, 7.30pm in the Urban vegetable patch will offer information on how to create a green graffiti out of moss, how to choose the most suitable wall for painting, how to make a mixture from which the moss will sprout on the wall and how to maintain the thriving graffiti.

Registrations for the Moss Graffiti workshop should be sent via email to ana@urbanfestival.hr or by phone to 091 256 56 56. Participants who wish to create their own moss graffiti in the SC space are advised to take ordinary rubber gloves, while those who want to take home part of the mixture for graffiti making are advised to bring a container with a lid. The workshop will be run by the Urban vegetable patch team.

After the workshop please stay in the Urban vegetable patch for a surprise film screening. Under the stars, of course!
